Medium on a 32-E/F bust — not the best fit.
While this bra is soft and comfortable, it may not be the right wireless option for larger-busted, small-rib-cage ladies. I considered sizing up to a large and having it altered, but then it probably would not be worth it. I do like the fabric. The straps don’t adjust quite enough, and the band doesn’t have enough hooks to make it smaller. Since it isn’t snug enough, it rides up in the back, shifts out of place, and can make breasts look long. I’m a 32 E/F, and the cup itself is almost too small... there’s some spillage once I start moving. It wears more like a sports bra, pressing the chest together. The jelly lift technology does not separate in the middle and gives more of a uniboob after wearing it for a short time. The front band flips under because it won’t lay flat with the cup feeling too small.

Comfy with no uniboob!
I ordered a large because I’m 36DDD. It’s the comfiest, best-fitting bra I’ve found in ages. It feels pretty supportive; I wear it on the tightest setting, so it might loosen, but so far it keeps the girls in place with no underwire and no uniboob.
